Objective: The purposes of this research 1) were to study the quality of Working Life 2) Moving of hospital to the learning organization and 3) relationships between quality of working life with moving of hospital to the learning organization of staffs in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Ladkrabang Hospital.
Materials an Methods: This study is quantitative research and survey study. The sample of the study are 197 staffs in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration Ladkrabang Hospital.The questionnaires was the data collect tool. Statistical analysis is comprised of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
Result: The result of study revealed that 1) the staffs had the quality of life at the medium level 2) moving of hospital to the learning organization at the high level and 3) relationships between quality of working life with moving of hospital to the learning organization were high positive significantly relationship.
Conclusion: There was a relationship between the quality of working life and moving of hospital to the learning organization. The study results can be proposed to hospital to develop and promote the quality of working life and organization learning for staff will have better quality of life and be satisfied with their jobs which will enhance the work efficiency.
